VIN ITALY

On a recent trip to Italy, I met up with my family from the Valtellina. I spent a couple of days at their Agriturismo Case dei Baff, sampling local dishes such as polenta taragna concia, pizzocheri, and the local cheeses and wines.

We then went to Verona to sample the wines of Italy for the new wine list. Amarones, barolos, barbarescos, Valtellina wines and some new wines from Sardinia.
